Capital City Hospice is searching for a Full Time Manager Continuous Care The Continuous Care Manager is responsible for the supervision of the appropriate staffing of continuous care CC patients utilizing available staff and resources; the reconciling of payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll and billing; and compliance with policies procedures and standards utilized in the care of continuous care patient and families Come join our team and make a difference today We offer a comprehensive benefits plan that includes health dental vision life insurance disability 401k with match paid holidays 17 days off and more Schedule Monday Friday 8a 5p POSITION REQUIREMENTS Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing programThree years nursing experiencePrevious experience in hospicehome care setting with two years management or supervisory experience preferredCurrently licensed as an LPNLVN in the StateMaintains current CPR certificationPrior use of Electronic Medical Records EMR preferredValid drivers license and proof of insurance is required
