SALARY RANGE 58000 62000 Annually JOB SUMMARY GlobalX After School Care Program Lead primarily oversees the supervision coordination and daily implementation of the GlobalX After School Care Program in the Preschool and Elementary School This role ensures a safe engaging and inclusive environment where children are supported socially emotionally and academically POSITION DETAILS Program Duration 12 months including support to all GlobalX ProgramsWork Hours Monday Friday 1000 AM 600 PM hours may vary depending on the needs of the programESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following Other duties may be assigned After School Care ASC Provide close supervision and maintain a safe student environmentSupervise and delegate student dismissalpick up dutiesOversee daily schedule assignments for GlobalX Supervisors and VolunteersTrack daily student attendance to ensure accurate records are maintained by GlobalX Supervisors and VolunteersCoordinate and facilitate training activities for GlobalX Supervisors and Volunteers to ensure effective program delivery and student engagementDepartment of Human Services DHS Serve as the primary liaison between GlobalX and the Department of Human Services DHS including direct communication coordination compliance monitoring and licensure maintenanceAssist in the hiring process of GlobalX Supervisors and Volunteers by tracking signed waivers completion of reference checks and mandatory training For GlobalX Supervisors assist with scheduling Department of Human Services DHS fingerprinting appointmentsPlan the content of and execute supervisor and volunteer orientation Develop and implement ongoing supervisor trainingCoordinate ASC groups to ensure compliance with DHS enrollment requirements Record ASC attendance in the database and save daily records per DHS requirementsComplete and process all DHS required documentation in a timely manner This includes the biannual licensure renewal documentationProgram Support Summer Extended Learning Camps International Day Camps In collaboration with the GlobalX Innovation and GlobalX Program Manager coordinate administrative preparations in advance of program start dates to support smooth and organized program implementationProvide daily operational support for all GlobalX Programs to ensure organization effective coordination and execution of program details and logisticsQUALIFICATIONS andor EXPERIENCE High School diploma or Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or collegeAt least 12 years of experience working with children in an educational recreational or after school program settingPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredSCHOOL SAFETY Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplaceComply with the instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others in adhering to safe work proceduresTake reasonable care to ensure their own safety and health and that of othersReport any injury hazard or illness immediately to their Supervisor and Human ResourcesNot place others at risk by any act or omission not willfully or recklessly interfere with safety equipmentAct as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviorsIdentify assess if necessary and control hazards within the area of responsibilityEnsure that equipmentsupplies are properly maintainedMaintain relevant knowledge of safety lawsMandatory reporting of sexual abuse to law enforcement or child protective services and Human Resources Sexual abuse includes child molestation any actual or alleged illegal or otherwise wrongful sexual conduct with a minor and serial sexual misconduct any actual or alleged illegal or otherwise wrongful sexual conduct with more than one victim;
