experience in every aspect of car wash operations equipping you with the skills to step confidently into an Assistant Manager role From day one youll immerse yourself in our operations learning the You will need to like working outdoors as this role involves spending the majority of the time outside Essential Duties Tasks Responsibilities These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation Operations & Compliance Execute opening and closing duties following designated proceduresEnsure compliance with all local state and federal laws rules regulations and company policiesManage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed KPIsMonitor and manage Quality Control factors including customer experience product & service standards scheduling and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonalityEnsure a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety proceduresIdentify and report safety or maintenance issues to managementProvide friendly professional service to exceed customer expectationsHandle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and trustMaintain a clean and organized ageExperience Externals 2 years of supervisory experience leading teamsCar wash retail or hospitality experience preferredAbility to transfer to other locations within the designated districtAbility to successfully pass a criminal background checkAdaptability Thrive in a fast paced outdoor environmentCommunication Excellent verbal and interpersonal skillsFlexibility Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditionsSchedule Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs full time schedule to include days evenings weekends and holidaysInternals 1 year of
