majority of the time outside Essential Duties Tasks Responsibilities These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation Customer Service Responsibilities Rollout the red carpet by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme careCommunicate effectively at all levels with employees customers peers and managementOperations & Compliance Responsibilities Learn to execute open and close duties and follow designated proceduresEnsure a safe environment for all employees and customers by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and report safety or maintenance issues to managementUnderstand Quality Control factors associated with customers overall experience products and services scheduling labor cost control with respect to historical performance & seasonalityFacilitate and assess damage claimsEnsure compliance with all laws rules regulations and policies at Local State & Federal levelsSupport company initiatives including but not limited to marketing promotions sales customer service and talent management initiativesCompleting tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping replenishing mopping cleaning andor minor landscaping work as directed by leadershipKeep the entire property spotlessly clean and organizedOther duties as assignedLeadership & Employee Development Responsibilities Learn ageExperience Externals 1 year of customer service or supervisory experience required Leadership experience preferred Car wash retail or hospitality experience preferred Adaptability Thrive in a fast paced outdoor environmentCommunication Excellent verbal and interpersonal skillsFlexibility Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditionsSchedule Ability to work flexible full time schedule to include days evenings weekends and holidayInternals 6 months 1 year of customer service or supervisory experience required Leadership experience preferred Car wash retail or
