CoPatible is building a new way for people to meet the right people at the right time in their lives. We start by bringing together small, thoughtfully curated circles of people navigating the same life chapter through real-life experiences.
Our first wedge focuses on early-stage founders and builders who recently moved to San Francisco and are building a startup. Long-term, CoPatible evolves with people across life stages, careers, and personal transitions.
The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Intern to help us build early momentum, connect with our ideal users, and bring CoPatible Circles to life in San Francisco.
This role is highly hands-on and works closely with the founder. You’ll be involved in outreach, community building, experimentation, and learning what truly resonates with people who are seeking meaningful connection.
This is not a traditional sales role. It’s about starting thoughtful conversations, building trust, and helping the right people discover CoPatible.
What You’ll Do
• Reach out to potential users through LinkedIn, X, communities, and warm networks
Content Creation, make videos, posts
• Identify and engage people who fit our early ICP (founders, builders, people new to SF)
• Help drive applications and onboarding calls for CoPatible Circles
• Test and refine messaging based on real user feedback
• Support local growth efforts and early launches in San Francisco
• Capture insights and patterns from conversations to inform product and positioning
• Assist with community initiatives, partnerships, and experiments as we grow
Who You Are
• Curious, empathetic, and people-oriented
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Interested in startups, community, psychology, or human connection
• Strong written communicator
• Self-motivated and excited to work in an early-stage environment
• Based in San Francisco or open to being active in SF communities (preferred but not required)
Bonus If You
• Have experience with community building or outreach
• Are involved in tech, startups, or founder ecosystems
• Enjoy experimenting and iterating quickly
• Care deeply about connection, belonging, and impact
