Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Partner Account Executive located in the Greater Boston area. The Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee key accounts, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, developing customized solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring account performance. Additionally, the role involves identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Deep technical background or proven ability to effectively engage technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer satisfaction
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors is advantageous
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business software
