Regional Wellness Director StoryPoint Group CommonSail Investment Group 80 Travel Required Within the State of Iowa LPNRN License Required The Regional Wellness Director oversees clinical and wellness operations across multiple senior living communities This role supports Wellness Leaders in maintaining compliance delivering quality care and building strong teams It requires frequent travel strong leadership and expertise in nursing standards and state regulations while also promoting company culture and collaboration across community and regional teams Required Experience LPNRN License RequiredProven leadership and supervisory experience in healthcare settingsPassion and compassion for working with the senior population particularly those affected by Alzheimers and dementiaStrong communication skills with the ability to present to groups and collaborate across multiple teamsProblem solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex variable situationsFamiliarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in senior living or healthcareAbility to travel extensively and adapt to changing schedules and prioritiesPrimary Responsibilities Travel between communities 80 of the time; flexibility in scheduling is essentialSupport coach and mentor Wellness Leaders to effectively lead their teams and uphold company standardsEnsure communities are in compliance with all state specific regulations and company policiesActively participate in the Excellence Review rotation to ensure quality and compliance benchmarks are metPromote and nurture our 1440 Mission and company culture across all communitiesEnsure consistent application and adherence to Board of Nursing standards and internal Standard Operating Procedures SOPsOversee training attendance and participation in ongoing initiatives huddles and trainingsMonitor performance metrics and provide accountability for Wellness Leaders in achieving operational and clinical goalsCoordinatesupport in coverage during leadership vacancies in wellness departmentsParticipate in care conferences as neededCollaborate with community leaders and regional partners to problem solve and address resident needsLead the development delivery and evaluation of training for new and current Wellness LeadersInterview and hire wellness leadership within approved staffing budgetsStay current on licensure and continuing education requirementsGeneral Working Conditions This position entails standing for long periods of time While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to communicate effectively with others sit stand walk and use hands to handle keyboard telephone paper files and other equipment and objects The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens The employee will occasionally lift andor move up to 25 pounds The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others The noise level in the work environment is moderate Occasional travel to different locations may be required This classification description is intended to indicate the general kinds of tasks and levels of work difficulty that are required of positions given this title and should not be construed as declaring what the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position shall be It is not intended to limit or in any way modify the right of any supervisor to assign direct and control the work of the employees under herhis supervision The use of a particular expression or illustration describing duties shall not exclude other duties not mentioned that are of a similar kind or level of difficulty Equal Opportunity Employer CSALL
