Salary $315,000 – $325,000 per year

This role will oversee the organization’s enterprise application strategy, ensuring systems are modern, scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives. The VP will drive innovation, optimize processes, and lead a high-performing team to deliver impactful solutions across the enterprise.

Job Details Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term applications strategy to support business goals.
Lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise applications (custom and off-the-shelf).
Oversee application performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Build and mentor a high-performing applications team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Manage application budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and legacy system transformation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in applications leadership.
Strong background in enterprise platforms, cloud solutions, and integrations.
Proven ability to manage large-scale application portfolios and budgets.
Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
