Maintenance Technician StoryPoint West Milton 8am 4pm Part time As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties This position requires the ability to work different shifts including weekends holidays and extended hours outdoors in different weather conditions Teamwork with the ability to work within different departments and with other staff is necessary to be successful You will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility Required Experience High School Diploma GED or some college credits from a technical school; or one or more years of related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in all aspects of apartment maintenance including HVAC plumbing electrical structural and appliance repair; experience with drywall repairs and painting are essentialAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondencesAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form;
