Job Summary The EPMO Data Analyst Operational Excellence supports the Enterprise Project Management Office EPMO by delivering high quality data analysis insights and reporting that inform strategic planning portfolio management project execution and value realization This role partners with clinical operational financial and IT stakeholders to translate complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence that supports Care New Englands organizational priorities and long term strategic goals Duties and Responsibilities Analyze clinical operational financial and project data to support EPMO planning evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives Develop maintain and enhance dashboards scorecards and reports that track project performance outcomes risks and benefits realization Ensure data accuracy integrity consistency and timeliness across EPMO and enterprise reporting Support organizational and departmental strategic planning through data driven insights trend analysis and forecasting Align project and portfolio metrics with enterprise strategic goals KPIs and healthcare quality benchmarks Identify data patterns and opportunities to inform project prioritization resource allocation and long term planning Partner with project managers to define metrics success criteria and standardized reporting for projects and programs Monitor project performance timelines costs and outcomes; identify risks and variances for leadership review Conduct portfolio level analyses to assess alignment with organizational objectives Collaborate with clinical operational finance quality and IT stakeholders to understand data needs and business questions Translate complex analytical findings into clear concise summaries for executive leadership and governance forums Prepare data summaries presentations and decision support materials for leadership meetings Adhere to healthcare data governance privacy and compliance standards including HIPAA Improve data processes tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and analytical value Contribute to the development and maintenance of EPMO data standards and best practices Qualifications Required Bachelors Degree in Health Informatics Data Analytics Healthcare Administration Business or a related field Minimum of three 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis reporting business intelligence or a related analytical role Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools eg Power BI Tableau Excel Ability to analyze clinical operational financial and project data Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present insights to non technical audiences Knowledge of healthcare data sources such as EHR claims quality financial or operational systems Understanding of KPIs performance metrics and healthcare quality benchmarks Strategic thinking and business acumen High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a big picture perspective Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced healthcare environment Additional Information Care New England Health System CNE and its member institutions Butler Hospital Women & Infants Hospital Kent Hospital VNA of Care New England Integra The Providence Center and Care New England Medical Group and our Wellness Center are trusted organizations fueling the latest advances in medical research attracting top specialty trained doctors and honing renowned services and innovative programs to engage in the important discussions people need to have about their health EEOC Statement Care New England is an equal opportunity employer All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin veteran or disability status Ethics Statement Employee conducts himselfherself consistent with the ethical standards of the organization including but not limited to hospital policy mission vision and values Americans with Disability Act Statement External and internal applicants as well as position incumbents who become disabled must be able to perform the essential job specific functions either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by the organization on a case by case basis
