About the Role We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians RBTs to work one on one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD RBTs will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA in home school andor community settings Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior Use positive reinforcement and evidence based strategies Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Qualifications RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors preferred Interest in working with children with ASD Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling available Weekday and weekend hours offered Sessions may vary based on client needs Transportation Must be able to commute via public transportation or personal vehicle Assignments within a 1 hour commute radius Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay Ongoing training and supervision Supportive clinical team Opportunities for professional growth in the ABA field
