Integrations Manager Smile Partners USA Location Remote with travel; Troy Support Office Are you energized by leading teams through change building strong relationships and ensuring seamless operational transitions Were looking for an Integration Manager to support the successful onboarding and integration of newly acquired dental practices into our organization This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment communicates with confidence and enjoys partnering across multiple departments to deliver a smooth positive experience for both patients and practice teams About the Role As the Integration Manager you will guide dental practices through the full post acquisition transition Youll ensure operational readiness cultural alignment staff engagement and consistent patient experience while partnering closely with clinicians practice leaders and cross functional teams This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership exceptional communication and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with professionalism and integrity What Youll Do Leadership & Culture Lead and motivate practice teams through transition periodsModel and promote our core values Legendary Service Integrity Commitment Accountability Team and Continuous ImprovementFoster a respectful collaborative and engaged work environmentServe as a visible accessible leader for practice staff and cliniciansIntegration Management & Operations Plan coordinate and execute integration activities for newly acquired practicesPartner with HR Operations IT Finance Revenue Cycle Facilities and MarketingEnsure continuity of daily operations and patient experience during transitionsMonitor progress and proactively address integration challengesTeam Development & Collaboration Build strong relationships with practice leaders clinicians and support teamsSupport onboarding training coordination and communication during transitionsProvide coaching and feedback to drive engagement and performanceFinancial & Performance Accountability Support financial and operational objectives during and after integrationUse financial statements P&L data and KPI dashboards to evaluate performancePatient Experience Champion service excellence and ensure a positive patient experience throughout the integration processWhat Were Looking For Experience in healthcare operations required; dental experience strongly preferredProven ability to lead teams and manage change in a fast paced environmentStrong understanding of financial performance including P&L and KPI reportingExceptional communication and relationship building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and ExcelAbility and willingness to travel regularly to support acquisition and integration activitiesWork Environment Remote role with regular travel to dental practicesStandard business office and clinical practice environmentsJoin us in supporting the growth of our organization and ensuring every newly integrated practice feels confident supported and set up for success Your leadership can make all the difference
