anticipate needs and take the initiative to handle a variety of assignments accurately efficiently and with limited direct supervision May perform other duties as directed or assigned Minimum Requirements An associate degree is preferred but will consider high school equivalency and a minimum of five 5 plus years of data entry administrative or relevant sales support assignments or office management experience Coursework in data entry administrative subjects such asExcel Intermediate to Advanced level requiredMS Word Intermediate to Advanced level requiredMS PowerPoint and Visio Intermediate preferredTakes the initiative to handle a variety of duties and assignments accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and with limited direct supervisionExperience using SQL and VBA Superior communications and grammatical skills are necessary along with demonstrated ability to compose and edit reports articles and business correspondenceExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills as well as the confidence and ability to manage multiple priorities and satisfy time sensitive demandsExperience working with internal and external customersCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorshipAbility to Works independently and has ability to make sound and professional decisions as necessary with little requirement to do so from managerSolicit the cooperation and performance of tasks by various departmentsWork closely with the technology department for executive AV needs both in office and offsite meetingsIdentify sensitive issues and use appropriate discretion in handling confidential issuesOrganize work set priorities and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervisionEstablish and maintain complex calendar and appointment schedules and ensure executives stay on track throughout the dayMaintain the confidentiality of materials and use appropriate discretion in handling sensitive and confidential correspondence or informationStandard office practices and procedures including filing systems and business letter compositionCorrect English usage including spelling grammar punctuation and vocabularyCareer Path potential Agency Development Manager Salary Range 5047900 8329000 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below depending on experience and location We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications experience and expected contributions This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary such as benefits and bonus programs
