Business Systems Administrator � NetSuite, Salesforce
The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the reliable operation configuration and optimization of back office systems This role is primarily a NetSuite administration role but also provides backup support for Salesforce The role partners closely with IT Finance and business leaders to ensure capabilities align with organizational needs and support scalable growth The Administrator performs configuration management customization testing and ongoing user supportEssential job functions to be performedAdminister and support operational and configuration aspects of NetSuiteProvide additional support for Salesforce administrators and the Salesforce systemCollaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into solutionsDesign develop test and deploy workflows scripts custom objects saved searches reports and dashboardsTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external partnersManage user roles permissions and access controlsLead testing and validation for NetSuite upgrades and enhancementsSupport change management and release processes for NetSuiteMaintain documentation standard operating procedures and platform best practicesManage NetSuite vendor relationships and contribute to platform roadmap planningRequirements Qualifications ExperienceDegree of skill based certificates in Computer Science Information Systems Accounting or related field or equivalent experience3 years of hands on NetSuite administration experienceStrong knowledge of NetSuite configuration roles permissions workflows and reportingExperience with SuiteScript integrations and customizationExcellent analytical problem solving and communication skillsExperience with SalesforceAbility to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentPreferred QualificationsNetSuite Administrator CertificationExperience with NetSuite financial and operational modulesFamiliarity with Agile or ITIL practicesStrong customer service mindset and continuous improvement focus
