Were growing and looking for a part time Project & Service Administrative Assistant to join our Boise Idaho Center and help keep our projects and service operations running smoothlyLocation Boise ID Pay 20 per hour Hours 20 25 hours per week between the hours of 9am 4pm daily Job SummaryThe Project & Service Coordinator provides day to day administrative and operational support to the Project Management and Service Management teams This role is critical in ensuring installation and service activities are tracked coordinated and completed efficiently while maintaining clear communication across internal teams and customers Key ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned as needed Project Support Support Project Managers throughout installation and project execution processes Manage initial job activation tracking and status updates Maintain job status boards and provide regular progress updates Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to track parts and support safety stock levels Work with the CAD department to ensure timely delivery and tracking of program requirements Assist Project Managers in planning and facilitating weekly installation meetings Track job completions and perform project specific closeout tasks Coordinate required change orders with Project Managers Communicate job status updates to customers as needed Service Support Support Service Managers by reviewing open service and ATM call reports Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure service calls are current and addressed Assist Service Managers in planning and facilitating weekly service meetings Track service call completions and perform service specific closeout duties Coordinate required change orders with Service Managers Warehouse & Inventory Support Assist with daily parts receiving Support inventory management and warehouse duties as needed QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred 23 years of related experience andor training preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong problem solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and strong computer literacy required Database knowledge preferred Strong organizational communication and follow up skills Benefits Cook Solutions Group CSG provides our employees with the most comprehensive benefits program to enhance their quality of life CSG employees enjoy competitive salaries; CSG pays 90 of the PPO insurance premium for the employee; 100 for a high deductible plan and 50 for the dependents Both plans have reasonable deductible levels and co pay amounts; a 401k retirement match; Paid Time Off PTO; 8 paid holidays per year; 16 hours of Paid Time Off a year for volunteer time through the Cook Career Builders program; Technician benefits that include commute time company vehicle and gas card quarterly bonus program tuition reimbursement and much more Why work at Cook Solutions Group We know our employees are what make our business succeed Thats why weve cultivated a casual upbeat environment that enhances productivity satisfaction and retention We strive to provide the best most equitable and cost effective benefits for employees New employees become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following the 60 day day waiting period who work a minimum of 30 hours per week Our employees are encouraged to take advantage of flexible scheduling maintain a healthy work life balance and volunteer in their communities through our Cook Community Builders program Equal Opportunity Cook Solutions Group is committed to equal employment opportunity We will not discriminate against employees or applicants for employment on any legally recognized basis protected class including but not limited to race; color; religion; genetic information; national origin; sex; pregnancy childbirth or related medical conditions; age; disability; citizenship status; uniform service member status; or any other protected class under federal state or local law
