Dental Area Manager

Smile Jobs is partnering with dental offices in the Atlanta Metro area to identify an Area Manager to support continued expansion and operational excellence This role is responsible for driving performance across multiple practices scaling best in class operations and supporting sustainable growth through strong leadership culture and financial results Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Practice Administrators and leadership teams across assigned locations to drive growth accountability and resultsExecute growth initiatives focused on revenue optimization patient acquisition and operational efficiencyPartner closely with clinical leadership to scale consistent workflows and support provider productivityOwn regional performance metrics including revenue KPIs labor and profitability and implement action plans to exceed targetsSupport new practice onboarding acquisitions and expansion efforts within the regionRecruit develop and retain high performing leaders to build a strong bench for future growthChampion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across all locationsQualifications Proven experience in dental or healthcare operations with multi site leadership responsibilityStrong track record of driving growth improving performance metrics and leading changeFinancially savvy with hands on experience managing P&L budgets and KPIsExceptional leadership communication and coaching skillsProficiency in MS Office; experience with Dentrix or similar practice management systems preferred
