Vice President of Operations

Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our team In this role you will report to the President This position is responsible for leading the day to day clinical and operational performance of our pediatric business line ensuring high quality care delivery regulatory compliance staff engagement and financial stewardship This role is hybrid and can sit in any of our 3 locations Saddlebrook Howell or Mount Laurel NJ Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of daily nursing operations ensuring safe effective and compliant pediatric careOversee nursing leaders to drive best practices quality outcomes and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all applicable state federal payer and accreditation requirementsLead operational planning to support growth capacity expansion and service excellenceOversee referral management and intake functions to ensure timely accurate and family centered access to servicesMonitor performance metrics including referral to admission conversion rates and capacity utilizationPartner with HR on workforce planning recruitment retention and performance managementServe as the primary operational liaison between Star Pediatrics and centralized shared services teamsPromote a culture of clinical excellence accountability and collaborationQualifications Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Business Nursing or related field preferred812 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare pediatrics or clinical servicesProven experience leading complex operations with strong clinical financial and people management componentsStrong understanding of healthcare regulations quality standards and operational metricsPreferred Experience in pediatric or community based healthcare services scaling service lines and value based care modelsCompensation & Benefits The target base salary range for this full time salaried position is between 150000 200000 Base pay is determined by factors such as work location experience job related skills and relevant education or training In addition to base pay total compensation may include various other forms of pay We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health dental and wellness benefits which begin on your 60th day of employment Additionally our 401k plan becomes available after 6 months of employment and 500hrs worked For more information about our total rewards package please reach out to your Talent Acquisition Partner Equal Employment Opportunity Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is an equal opportunity employer Abound Health evaluates qualified applicants without regard to race color religion gender national origin age sexual orientation gender identity or expression protected veteran status disabilityhandicap status or any other legally protected characteristic
