RN Clinical Manager – Hudson County, NJ

Star Pediatric Homecare by Abound Health is seeking a Pediatric RN Clinical Manager to join our Clinical Leadership team in Hudson County NJ In this full time 40 hour per week role you will report to the Director of Nursing You will oversee pediatric home care services supporting nurses in the field and ensuring high quality care for our young patients This position combines office based responsibilities with regular patient home visits including occasional overnight visits to supervise night shift nurses Key Responsibilities Supervise and support field clinical staff across day and night shiftsCoordinate and oversee patient care plansConduct regular patient home visits and staff evaluations including some overnight supervisory visitsEnsure compliance with clinical standards company policies and state regulationsCollaborate with physicians families and interdisciplinary teamsLead staff training case conferences and performance reviewsMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationQualifications Current RN license in the state of New JerseyMinimum 1 year of pediatric nursing in home careHands on experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is requiredPrior supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong organizational communication and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently manage multiple priorities and adapt to varying schedulesReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally including occasional overnight supervisionEducation Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing requiredCompensation & Benefits Annual Salary 95680 In addition to base pay total compensation may include various other forms of pay We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health dental and wellness benefits which begin on your 90th day of employment Additionally our 401k plan becomes available after 12 months of employment For more information about our total rewards package please reach out to your Talent Acquisition Partner On Call Requirement Just one weeknight per week phone support only already built into your salary and one weekend every six weeks Weekend coverage includes an extra 150 and may involve light supervisory support Sign On Bonus Join us and receive a sign on bonus starting at 3000 because your talent deserves to be recognized right away Its our way of saying welcome and thank you for bringing your skills to the team Equal Employment Opportunity Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is an equal opportunity employer Abound Health evaluates qualified applicants without regard to race color religion gender national origin age sexual orientation gender identity or expression protected veteran status disabilityhandicap status or any other legally protected characteristic HP1
