Sales & Sponsorship Manager
The Sales & Sponsorship Manager plays a key role in generating revenue through strategic sales and brand partnerships across Stark Enterprises commercial and residential portfolio This individual will identify and secure advertising sponsorship specialty leasing and brand activation opportunities while delivering exceptional client experiences Working collaboratively across departments this role directly supports marketing initiatives that drive engagement enhance community presence and strengthen overall business growth Essential Functions Sales & Revenue Generation Generate revenue from all available ancillary sources across Stark Enterprises properties eg signage advertising sponsorships pop upsIdentify new revenue opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales goalsWork closely with the Marketing team to ensure revenue aligns with company and property financial objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with advertisers sponsors and tenants to ensure long term partnershipsNegotiate proposals and contracts to ensure profitability and favorable terms for the companyManage a database of prospects and expand the sales pipeline with qualified leadsContracting & Internal Collaboration Present all agreements for internal review to ensure accuracy and secure required approvalsCollaborate with Marketing Legal and Accounting to ensure proper execution and delivery of all client obligationsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high quality implementation of partner activations and signageSpecialty Leasing & Property Activations Manage pop up temporary and small scale leases under 1000 sq ft including tenant sourcing lease negotiation and turnover coordinationAssist with planning and execution of on site events to ensure sponsor deliverables are metAct as a liaison to maintain property standards and advertising installationsCommunity Engagement & Business Development Represent Stark Enterprises at community and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibilityProactively identify potential advertisers and sponsors through local outreach and relationship buildingAdministrative & Financial Oversight Oversee invoicing and ensure timely collection of outstanding revenueTrack performance sales metrics and maintain accurate records of agreements and deliverablesOther Responsibilities Demonstrate company core values consistentlyComplete additional tasks projects and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor or the company Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field preferred5 years of proven experience in a sales focused role with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goalsProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and TeamsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build long term client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environmentFlexibility to work varied hours and travel locally as needed; valid drivers license requiredCompetencies Motivated self starter with strong initiative and follow throughExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesTeam player with a results driven mindset and commitment to exceeding expectationsWhy This Opportunity is Exciting for You We offer a competitive compensation package including Paid Time Off PTOPaid Holidays401k with Employer MatchHealth Dental Life Insurance and Long Term Disability InsuranceAdditional Information FLSA Status ExemptLocation Cleveland Ohio HQ Hybrid roleTravel Up to 10Reports To Vice President of Marketing & CommunicationsDirect Reports NA About Stark Enterprises Stark Enterprises is a full service real estate development company based in Cleveland Ohio with expertise in acquisition development leasing property management construction architectural design landscape architecture marketing and security We are committed to delivering high quality innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients and communities As an Equal Opportunity Employer Stark Enterprises is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace We do not discriminate based on race religion color sex gender identity sexual orientation age disability national origin veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law Employment decisions are based on qualifications merit and business need Join us and be part of a forward thinking company that values both its employees and the communities it serves
