artificial intelligence across all business functions The Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence & Business Enablement drives enterprise AI strategy implementation and governance overseeing initiatives that enhance productivity decision making and automation through Microsoft Copilot Azure AI and Microsoft Fabric integration This leader is accountable for advancing AI enablement operationalizing the Corporate AI Committee and driving measurable ROI through enterprise wide deployment of intelligent automation The role requires deep technical fluency change management expertise and the ability to transform strategy into measurable outcomes What Youll Be Doing Enterprise AI Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and lead the organizations enterprise AI strategy aligned with business goals and innovation roadmapDrive implementation of Microsoft Copilot Azure AI Services and other generative AI platforms to enhance workflowsIdentify and prioritize high impact AI use cases in collaboration with functional and technology leadersPrototype evaluate and deploy AI driven solutions that improve automation member experience and insight generationGovernance & Corporate AI CommitteeLead the Corporate AI Committee to establish governance policies and ethical frameworks for AI deploymentPartner with Legal Compliance and Security teams to align AI initiatives with regulatory and privacy standardsTrack and report AI adoption risk posture and performance metrics to the CIO and executive leadershipAI Training Change Management & ROIDesign and implement enterprise AI literacy and enablement programsEstablish KPIs to track AI adoption ROI and productivity gainsPromote a culture of experimentation and learning through success stories and internal showcasesHands On Technical LeadershipDevelop and refine AI proofs of concept and prototypes leveraging Azure AI OpenAI APIs and Microsoft Fabric data assetsMentor engineers analysts and business leaders in prompt engineering automation and applied AICollaborate with the Internal Software and Data teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and data platformsThe Ideal Candidate Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AIML or related fieldExperience 12 years of progressive experience implementing AI ML or intelligent automation at enterprise scaleProficiency with Microsoft AI ecosystem including Azure AI OpenAI integrations and Microsoft FabricStrong understanding of data governance ethics and AI compliance frameworksProven ability to manage cross functional programs and translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomesSpecialized Skills Increased adoption and utilization of enterprise AI tools across business unitsDemonstrated ROI and in Irvine CA is 195600 244500 per year This base pay will take into consideration internal equity candidates geographic region job related knowledge and experience among other factors Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program Under company guidelines this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals Bonuses are awarded at
