The OpportunityVolkswagen Moncton has an opening for a Parts Advisor We are seeking someone who is self motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and ending around August 31 with potential for full time employement after Hours of work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service at the Parts counter in person by phone or by emailProvide pricing on parts to customersGet parts for Service TechniciansMaintain inventory control and proper stock levelsPerform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the systemWork closely with the Service departmentOther tasks as assigned QualificationsMust have high school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer service role is an assetMust be able to read write and speak in EnglishAbility to speak French is an assetExcellent listening skillsAble to perform basic calculations and mathematical figuresAbility to work individually and as part of a teamHas a general understanding of automotive systems and partsAbility to learn and use a computer systemMust be alert to sales opportunities by taking the time to ask customers questions and provide information about parts and servicesCan work independently managing his or her time and workflow
