We are currently seeking a Receptionist who is passionate about making a difference for our Bellingham Community!

Shift Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, Thursday-Sunday, Thursday-Friday and Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • At least one year experience dealing with the public via telephone and in person
  • Strong computer skills– especially with Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Associates must have reliable means of transportation to consistently meet attendance and punctuality standards. This role does not require a valid driver’s license or personal vehicle unless specified in additional job requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and direct appropriately
  • Receive, separate and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Greet visitors and direct
  • Maintains files on the computer and updates information as necessary pertaining to associates and clients
  • Assist with clerical duties and office functions as assigned
