Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 per year

++Job Details++ Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team focused on creating and maintaining best-in-class Amazon product listings
- Resolve complex catalog issues, delegate effectively, and ensure projects hit quality and timeline goals
- Analyze listing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, brand, and content teams to align catalog goals with company initiatives
- Support and implement strategic projects to enhance catalog accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing to foster growth and collaboration
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years in Amazon eCommerce, catalog management, or product listing operations
- 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role with direct mentoring experience
- Deep understanding of Amazon platform standards, Brand Registry, and listing optimization
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Trainual, or similar project management and collaboration platforms
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-energy environment
