What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage inbound customer communications, answering calls and emails to address inquiries and issues
  • Consult with customers on how to best utilize the product/service based on their needs
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Track customer interactions in CRM system for internal awareness and relationship development
  • Address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Experience in a related customer service role
  • Knowledge of additional languages
