Job Summary Caesars Entertainment is looking for an Account Executive to join our Studio One team in Las Vegas, NV. The Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between Studio and its clients, including brand teams, property leadership and property marketing teams. This role is both strategic and operational, ensuring that creative work aligns with business objectives, brand standards, and timelines.

The Account Executive coordinates workflow within the Studio, managing projects from intake through delivery to ensure all deliverables are met on time, on brief, and to expectation. They proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks or scope changes, and partner with internal teams to keep work moving efficiently. Acting as a strategic advisor, the Account Executive maintains a constant focus on effectiveness and brand integrity, ensuring creative executions align with established brand standards while supporting broader marketing goals. They help translate client needs into clear creative direction and advocate for smart, thoughtful solutions.

As the face of Studio, the Account Executive champions the Studio’s work, values, and capabilities, building trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners. They demonstrate genuine interest in the work, motivate fellow team members, and serve as a resource for designers, property teams, and brand counterparts—balancing client advocacy with creative excellence.

How You Will Create The Extraordinary Account Leadership:

Planning And Project Management

  • Ensure clear understanding of project requirements, mandatories, and creative direction.
  • Manage and close creative and production jobs in alignment with Studio processes.
  • Review deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide guidance to meet property requester needs within defined scope and processes.
  • Meet established quantitative and qualitative client service standards.

  • Estimate and manage timelines in line with service level agreements, coordinating with creative and production teams to balance workloads and communicate delays or urgent requests.

Collaboration And Communication

  • Serve as the primary Studio contact, initiating job requests and managing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage day to day communications and build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Communicate project status, risks, timelines, milestones, and expectations to all key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Exercise sound judgment in all project communications, ensuring alignment across teams, requesters, clients, and Studio leadership.
  • Collaborate as a team member to share information, drive efficiencies, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
  • Lead meetings and presentations, facilitating productive discussions and clear next steps.

Stakeholder Management

  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase satisfaction with Studio teams and work, establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Applies thoughtful judgment to manage complex stakeholder relationships, anticipating risks and escalating issues appropriately to support successful outcomes.
  • Builds a knowledge base of each properties’ brand, business, objectives and challenges
  • Sets and manages client expectations

What You Will Need

  • College degree or equivalent work experience in project management, account service, marketing/advertising/ communications
  • At least a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related field (advertising agency, marketing or production, project management function)
  • Must have previous, demonstrated, successful experience in Studio production environment
  • Knowledge of Apple Macintosh and related software (Word, Excel, FileMaker Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and PPT)
  • Marketing background required
  • Excellent people, internal and external customer service skills
  • Must like to work with a variety of individuals and management levels
  • Must be a team player and be able to work in an interdependent, team production environment
  • Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate experience in managing complex, strategic projects applying innovative and effective management techniques

Additional Requirements

  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred
  • Prefer work experience in ad agency or design studio in lieu of creative background
