Commercial Account Executive
Who We Are: Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single-family real estate, specializing in two main loan products: short-term bridge loans for fix-and-flip investors and long-term rental loans for landlords expanding their portfolios. DFS is thriving in the competitive mortgage landscape, showing consistent quarterly growth and a current origination volume of $70MM per month. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our broker business with our DSCR and Bridge products.

Your Impact:
- Drive the expansion of broker business in targeted markets using our non-QM products
- Cultivate and grow new broker relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones
- Contribute to company success by working cross-functionally with colleagues in various departments
In This Role You Will:
- Expand broker business with non-QM products in targeted markets
- Close $5MM in monthly volume by structuring creative deals in collaboration with brokers
- Consistently close significant loan volume and structure deals with brokers
- Attract new brokers and grow existing relationships to ensure excellent client experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to influence and support company-wide success
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in expanding broker business in non-QM products, with 5 years in the mortgage industry
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred, though relevant experience is also valued
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and consistently deliver results
- Expertise in non-QM products, mortgage lending regulations, and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work remotely, managing your own schedule and priorities while delivering results
