Live Healthy Coalition Manager
Job Requirements Position Summary The Live Healthy Coalition Manager oversees the implementation of all aspects of Live Healthy Spartanburg’s goals and works with the Advisory Board to set strategies and to evaluate these efforts in meeting the Collaborative’s goal of improved well-being and equity for all Spartanburg County residents.
Minimum Requirements Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and/or facilitate meetings, some public speaking experience
Experience
- 5 years Coalition building or Program Management experience
- Strong knowledge of community resources, health systems and community organizations
License/Registration/Certifications
- N/A
Preferred Requirements Preferred Education
- Master’s degree
Preferred Experience
- 10 years Coalition building experience
- Experience in health care, health informatics, public health
- Experience with strategic planning and evaluation

Core Job Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and coaching to all Live Healthy coalition staff.
- Facilitate meetings and provide ongoing direction and communication to Community and Program Partners.
- Provides oversight of all related projects and programs.
- Provide support to Advisory Board members, committee members and volunteers.
- Develop and maintain department budget and manage expenses.
- Participate in development and implementation of a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every 3 years.
- Participate in the creation of a Common Agenda and a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) with measurable outcomes.
- Engage varied community leaders in solution design and implementation related to improved wellness, from grassroots to grasstops leaders.
- Work closely with other departments to align Community Health/Population Health efforts to improve local equity and health outcomes.
