• ProPivotal is one of the largest Bostonbased staffing firms and due to our growth, are looking to add a passionate Manager of Business Development

• Boston Business Journal recognized us as the best Massachusetts company to work for in our size category. We provide staffing services in the Office Support, Creative, Healthcare, Human Resources, and Finance fields.

• You will be representing both job seekers and hiring managers to help fill open roles

Manager of Business DevelopmentResponsibilities:

• B2B outreach, contacting prospects to solicit business

• Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on taking their career to the next level

• Partnering with both prospective and current clients to fill current and upcoming needs

• Collaborating with other colleagues and upper management to refine process techniques and discipline

Manager of Business DevelopmentQualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 1+ years of successful experience as a Business Development Representative within a B2B environment

• A team player with excellent communication skills

• Must be able to commute to our Boston office
