Technology Producer (Mid–Senior Level)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the connective tissue between clients, designers, engineers, and leadership. Your job is to make sure work is clearly defined, realistically scheduled, and actually shipped.
Core responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining JIRA tickets (epics, stories, tasks, acceptance criteria)
Owning project documentation (requirements, scopes, decision logs, process docs)
Running or supporting sprint planning, sprint reporting, and retros
Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects
Managing schedules and timelines, and flagging issues early (no surprise explosions)
Acting as a primary point of coordination between clients and remote delivery teams
Translating “vibes” and half-formed ideas into actionable plans
Keeping things organized without turning everything into bureaucracy
What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in a software environment
Strong working knowledge of Agile / Scrum
Comfort living inside JIRA
Clear, calm communicator—especially when things are moving fast
Experience working with remote or distributed teams (big plus)
Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the important balls
Detail-oriented, but knows when “good enough” is actually good enough
Nice-to-Haves
Agency or studio experience
Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, JIRA, Teams, Figma and Miro
Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
Background in design, engineering, or product (you speak at least one other discipline)
