Senior Creative Project Manager

Our client, a leading telecommunications and media organization, is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join their in-house creative studio. As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you will be part of the Creative Studio supporting marketing, brand, and cross-functional business teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite 4x per week)

Pay Rate $60–65 /hour

What’s the Job?

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, including campaigns, digital assets, video, print, and experiential activations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the creative team, ensuring clarity on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets while ensuring alignment with internal workflows and priorities.
• Partner with creative, strategy, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and potential roadblocks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.

What’s Needed?

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing environment; in-house agency experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of creative development processes and marketing workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
