Main Tasks And Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues across multiple sites. Here’s a non-exhaustive list of tasks:
- Receive and manage Help Desk incidents through JSM, in-person, phone, email, and chat, logging all issues in the ticketing system.
- Work to resolve incidents and fulfill requests, collaborating with other Information Systems teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure continuous Help Desk phone coverage during business hours.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and notify the Systems Help Desk Supervisor of any challenges in meeting these targets.
- Follow policies, procedures, and standards for Help Desk incident management and request fulfillment.
- Utilize online Confluence resources and JSM ticketing systems to find solutions and update documentation.
- Provide support for IS teams, including Applications, EHR, and Network teams, to gain hands-on experience.
- Support additional activities as requested by IS managers.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Information Systems Help Desk environment.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedules, including occasional Saturdays, to meet SLAs.
- Ability to support multiple sites within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in IT technologies, including:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Active Directory)
