What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Conduct 500+ outbound calls daily to schedule qualified appointments with company-provided leads
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with consultants and clients
  • Represent the employer with professionalism and accuracy in all interactions
  • Collaborate within a performance-driven culture focused on individual growth and accountability
  • Participate in periodic in-office meetings while working primarily in a remote environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 7 years of phone and/or direct sales experience
  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
  • Full proficiency with RingCentral and prior remote work experience
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work in high-volume call environments
  • Must have up-to-date computer and software, including required equipment: laptop/desktop, cellphone, and dual monitors
