Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Portland, TX. The Director of CCMR and Counselors will oversee daily operations, develop strategic initiatives, and work collaboratively with staff to ensure educational excellence. Responsibilities include managing resources, developing policies, and fostering strong community relationships. The Director of CCMR and Counselors will also provide leadership, promote innovation, and ensure compliance with district standards and objectives.

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and strategic thinking capabilities to implement innovative initiatives.
• Expertise in education management, program development, and policy implementation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including staff, students, and the community.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with educational standards.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in education administration and a Master’s degree or higher in education, administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with policies, procedures, and legal mandates in education, especially within Texas, is a plus.
