Executive Assistant – Senior Level
We are seeking experienced Senior-Level Executive Assistants to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and executives. This role includes supporting leaders with diverse working styles, including those who may benefit from structured, flexible, and thoughtful executive support.
This position is ideal for professionals who understand that executive support is not one-size-fits-all and who can adapt communication styles, workflows, and priorities to meet individual leadership needs—while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support roles
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams
- Advanced calendar, inbox, and scheduling management skills
- Strong judgment with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Clear, patient, and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different leadership styles, workflows, and accessibility needs
- Comfortable working in environments that value structure, flexibility, and accommodations
- Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive in anticipating priorities
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
- Must be based in the United States
Role Details
- Remote (United States only)
- Part-time (approximately 25 hours per week)
- Compensation: $35 per hour
- W-2 employment
