We’re seeking a creative and collaborative thinker to support the concepting and development of experiential marketing ideas for editorial events, brand activations, and custom campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s passionate about events, culture, and storytelling—and excited to contribute to creative strategy at a fast-paced media company. Responsibilities include developing creative ideas for experiential campaigns, tentpole events, and branded activations; managing select RFPs, proactive pitches, and proposal decks with creative thinking, research, and visual storytelling; writing pitch concepts with clarity, originality, and strategic intent; scoping estimated budgets for proposed creative concepts; participating in brainstorms and translating marketing goals into relevant event concepts; conducting cultural and competitive research; maintaining a working archive of event ideas, moodboards, and concept inspiration; collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams; contributing to building presentations; supporting development of budgets, timelines, and concept details; and assisting with day-to-day organization and team operations. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, branded content, or creative strategy, strong writing and visual communication skills, a collaborative mindset, interest in live experiences and emerging trends, ability to manage multiple projects, experience with Google Suite, and familiarity with Vox Media’s brands and editorial voice.
