Your Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 1-5 years of

experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work

independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to

work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our

communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 32 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, building digital /

physical models, & preparing design presentations

  • Develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate

material options, and coordinate with consultant team

  • Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review
  • Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team

members

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite,

visualization and graphics software

  • Experience with physical model building including Laser cutter & 3D Printer a plus.
  • Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process a

plus.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • LEED AP, CPHC/CPHD and Architectural Licensure preferred
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple

tasks

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of professional experience
