🔍 Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced finance expert to collaborate with AI and engineering teams in building domain-specific workflows and evaluations for Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll translate real-world asset management decision-making into structured, testable AI systems.
⭐ Mandatory Hands-On Experience
Candidates must have already worked on:
- AI Modeling
- Rubrics creation / evaluation
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Data Annotation
- Prompt Engineering
🧠 What You’ll Work On
Workflow Definition
- Portfolio construction and optimization
- Investment strategy formulation
- Earnings analysis and quarterly updates
- Benchmarking performance vs. market expectations
Evaluation Creation
- Design evaluation test cases for AI-driven asset management tasks
- Define inputs (company reports, market data), expected outputs, and success metrics
Capability Assessment
- Market trend identification
- Risk–return evaluation
- Asset allocation decision-making
- Valuation and forecasting accuracy
Data Curation & Annotation
- Identify and annotate high-quality datasets such as SEC filings, earnings transcripts, and sell-side research reports
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI accuracy, consistency, and financial reasoning
✅ Who We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years of experience in Asset Management, Portfolio Management, or Investment Strategy
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, benchmarks, and risk management
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills
- Comfortable collaborating with AI, data science, and engineering teams
