M&A Business Analyst III
Key Responsibilities
- Support post-merger integration and system consolidation
- Lead gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements definition
- Work hands-on with Clarizen (PSA) and Gainsight (CSM)
- Partner with Salesforce teams on integrations and data models
- Own data migration, UAT, and stakeholder coordination
- Deliver in an Agile environment
Required Skills
- 8 years as a Business / Functional Analyst
- Experience with Professional Services & Customer Success
- Hands-on experience with BOTH Clarizen and Gainsight (required)
- Strong Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge
- M&A / post-merger integration experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Admin, Clarizen, or Gainsight certifications
- PMP, CBAP, or Agile certifications
