M&A Business Analyst III

Key Responsibilities

• Support post-merger integration and system consolidation
• Lead gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements definition
• Work hands-on with Clarizen (PSA) and Gainsight (CSM)
• Partner with Salesforce teams on integrations and data models
• Own data migration, UAT, and stakeholder coordination
• Deliver in an Agile environment

Required Skills

• 8 years as a Business / Functional Analyst
• Experience with Professional Services & Customer Success
• Hands-on experience with BOTH Clarizen and Gainsight (required)
• Strong Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge
• M&A / post-merger integration experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin, Clarizen, or Gainsight certifications
• PMP, CBAP, or Agile certifications
