Project Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, and ensures that project objectives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using formal change-control processes

Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Ensure quality standards and project documentation are maintained

Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and post-project evaluations

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
