Must Have:

  • Hands-on Salesforce Agentforce development

  • Strong contact center experience (Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, agent workflows)

  • Salesforce dev skills (Apex, LWC, integrations)

  • Experience with CTI / voice / chat integrations

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and customize Agentforce solutions for contact centers

  • Optimize agent workflows, routing, and automation

  • Integrate Salesforce with telephony and messaging platforms

  • Fix things that break when real agents start using them
