Quality Truck Care Center is looking to fill our Parts Runner/Associate position for our Fond du Lac location. We have locations in De Pere, Appleton, Oshkosh, and Fond du Lac. We are a family-owned company that has been operating since 1986. We are a Western Star, AutoCar and XCMG Heavy Equipment Dealer. We are certified for Detroit, Cummins, Cat, and Allison; and service many more!

Position Summary:
Delivers and picks up parts and equipment. Assists Parts Counter personnel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Picks up and delivers parts to customers, other Company locations, and vendors.

Checks with the Parts Manager or counter personnel before leaving for any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.

Verifies payments for invoices on deliveries.

Reconciles invoices against purchases orders for pick-ups.

Maintains parts vehicle. Notifies manager of any repairs or maintenance required.

Assists with stocking and posting received orders to expedite delivery to shop personnel or retail accounts.

Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and co-worker interactions.

Weekly office cleaning is performed in cooperation with the rest of the office staff.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Valid /Clean Wisconsin Driver’s License. REQUIRED

Parts (auto or truck) or delivery experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong general math skills.

Ability to communicate with others verbally (telephone and in person) and in written communication methods (handwritten and electronic correspondence)
