Must have:
– I hold a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience in a related field. – I have a minimum of 5 years of experience with analytics and optimization tools for product planning and prioritization. – I possess 5 years of experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver features that engage customers. – I have hands-on experience creating roadmaps, prioritizing features, writing user stories, and refining product backlogs in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders for at least 5 years. – I have worked in the technology industry for 7 years, successfully delivering complex products. Preferred Qualifications: – I have 7 years of industry experience within a technology environment, with a strong track record of delivering complex products. – I have recent experience in developing applications for web and/or mobile. – I can read and grasp programming languages. – I have strong verbal and written communication skills and am adept at quickly mastering new systems or processes, while keeping organized amidst competing priorities. – Prior programming experience is a plus. – I have experience in developing technical roadmaps, writing user stories, and prioritizing requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. – I am detail-oriented and results-driven, capable of analyzing data to validate product decisions and apply key insights. – I have the ability to comprehend intricate business and technical challenges, influencing decision-making processes effectively. – I can plan for and review technical specifications and apply multidisciplinary business principles for successful outcomes in cross-functional projects. – I have extensive knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools, alongside preferred technical knowledge in web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Starbucks, I will: – Define and uphold the product vision and roadmaps for various Atlassian tools, Azure Translation Services, and emerging platforms such as Rovo AI. – Manage and prioritize product backlogs across several workstreams, ensuring they align with business objectives and user requirements. – Lead the migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud in partnership with engineering and business teams, while supporting the integration of shared services platforms, including Azure Translation Services and AI-driven tools. – Collaborate effectively with program managers, solution engineers, analysts, and delivery leaders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, facilitating stakeholder alignment and change management across business units and technical teams. – Champion digital transformation and process re-engineering initiatives while leveraging design thinking and data analysis to guide product decisions and enhance user engagement.
