Customer Data Science Senior Manager
Requirements
Must have:
– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on business or a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline. – At least 7 years of experience in data science or a related area. – Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and relational databases. – Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques, including regression, decision trees, classification, causal inference, and clustering algorithms. – Experience in developing production machine learning systems, package creation, managing code repositories, and adhering to software development best practices. – Familiarity with cloud technologies for data and analytics solutions (such as Azure or AWS). – Excellent attention to detail, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. – A minimum of 8 years of experience managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- I will ensure the translation of business inquiries into data-related problems and define a roadmap for solutions. – I will build analytics solutions both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. – I will promote the development of analytics and AI/ML products, establishing KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making across various business teams. – I will work closely with teams to establish expertise in advanced analytics and enhance understanding of strategic customer initiatives across departments.
