Must have:

– I require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or alternatively, a High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 9+ years of pertinent experience in live virtual training scenarios. – I expect a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in live virtual training scenarios. – You must have experience with Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF). – Experience supporting shipboard installations and progressive levels of management development is essential. – Familiarity with various naval operating systems and networking equipment is needed. – Proficiency in technical troubleshooting skills is a must.

Responsibilities:


  • I need you to operate the Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) effectively. – Demonstrating your ability to utilize the modeling and simulation (M&S) system will be crucial. – You should have knowledge of the Joint All-Domain Warfighting System (JAWS). – Conducting JSAF operator training analysis and generating reports for all TTGL Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) personnel is required. – I expect you to provide subject matter expertise in developing the Master Sequence Events List (MSEL) Implementer and Scenario Development.

This position is onsite. – Preferred qualifications include experience with JIRA/Confluence, familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) services in both contiguous (CONUS) and outside contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team—internally and with external resources. – Clearance requirements state that you must be a US Citizen and hold an active Secret Security Clearance. – Physical requirements include up to 25% travel as needed, the ability to remain stationary for up to 50% of the time, and the capacity to operate a computer and other office machinery consistently. Occasionally, the role necessitates moving about the office to access file cabinets and office equipment.
