Integration specialist with Middleware expertise

Requirements

Must have:

– Proven experience in a dental or orthodontic practice – Strong understanding of digital workflow integration – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to train and support team members effectively – Familiarity with iTero systems and other digital orthodontic solutions – Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of current practices to identify business needs – Create tailored, prioritized plans for integration and implementation – Provide on-site support and training to dental and orthodontic teams – Monitor adoption rates and adjust strategies to improve efficiency – Foster relationships with clients to enhance patient education and case acceptance – Report on progress to ensure that objectives are met
