Requirements


Must have:

– Bachelors degree in computer science or a closely related discipline – Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role – Proficient in coaching and guiding junior product managers in product development, resource management, and product strategy – Skilled in coordinating efforts across functions such as software engineering, security, compliance, data science, and product design – Knowledgeable in lean methodologies and DevSecOps practices – Experienced in mentoring military personnel on liaising with systems analysts, engineers, and others to design applications and clarify project constraints and functional requirements – Competent in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring quality outcomes – Ability to obtain interim Secret clearance prior to the start date and maintain Secret clearance upon final adjudication – Required to possess a REAL ID

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to prioritize feature development – Oversee problem scoping and manage daily operations – Establish strategy, roadmap, and feature specifications for a specific product or product line – Analyze operational conditions to create a differentiated product vision that provides unique value based on stakeholder engagement – Supervise the entire product lifecycle and the product roadmap – Implement lean and agile practices within a balanced team to define product strategy – Manage product backlog, write user stories, and establish and oversee the product roadmap
