Product Manager – Agile & SaaS

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. – 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, particularly in eCommerce or digital products. – Competence in managing the complete lifecycle of digital products from initial conception through development, launch, and subsequent iterations. – Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, tools, and systems. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making. – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams. – Leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on nurturing team growth and development. – Expertise in on-site search optimization and algorithmic improvements that enhance conversion and revenue. – Proven ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver balanced search experiences tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to establish a product vision that aligns with our overarching business and digital strategies. – Be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, including user stories, bugs, and tasks according to business objectives and customer value. – Act as the primary liaison between the development team and various stakeholders. – Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. – Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team experimentation with new strategies to address customer challenges.
