Requirements

Must have:

– Strong passion for mathematics and a good grasp of mathematical principles – Significant experience in product management with a successful history – Commitment to enhancing the world through technology and education – Proficiency in applying user insights, data, and statistical analysis to guide decisions – An instinct for developing clear and user-friendly experiences – Proven ability to be inventive, resourceful, and inquisitive – Experience in leading projects and teams – Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or a relevant field Exceptional candidates will have: – Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or a related field – Extensive experience with rapidly growing, consumer-facing applications that demonstrate strong in-app purchases (IAP) and/or subscription growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product features through the complete creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration – Define the product vision and strategy for your area and foster alignment with product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership – Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to explore and confirm feature concepts – Collaborate with product designers to ensure an enjoyable and engaging user experience – Work alongside engineers to guide the development of features – Analyze experiments on features and identify opportunities for improvement – Set and achieve key performance indicators that align with company objectives
