Patient Service Representative

Requirements

Must have:

– One week of full-time training/orientation is necessary during daytime hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). – An additional two weeks of training are required, which can take place during the day, evening, or weekends. – Availability to work one summer or winter holiday is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in tasks related to revenue cycle operations, including billing and collections. – Assist patients with inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. – Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
