Operations Implementation Analyst

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required – Over 1 year of experience in healthcare technology projects or implementations, particularly in Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, or Process Optimization solutions preferred – Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred – Willingness to travel up to 76% of the time

Responsibilities:

• Implement digital solutions that enhance healthcare business operations within the supply chain, revenue cycle, and throughput domains by providing workflow guidance and best practices – Collaborate with various teams to identify, prioritize, and execute DT&I products and process enhancements – Operate independently and take the lead on project teams throughout system implementations – Ensure a consistent and standardized approach to operational implementation in healthcare support services including but not limited to Supply Chain and Revenue Cycle – Develop appropriate strategies, plans, tools, and methods to facilitate the successful implementation of technologies supporting business operations – Facilitate strong communication among all team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs and requirements – Contribute to the development and enhancement of project implementation tools from an operations perspective – Take part in initial project orientation and manage the operational aspects of implementations in conjunction with corresponding operational leadership – Deliver training (train-the-trainer) and work with vendors to manage educational materials – Collaborate with relevant teams to establish training programs for DT&I solutions – Communicate project progress to stakeholders and escalate issues when needed – Support end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations, technology, and workflow implementations that boost consistency, efficiency, and results – Promote initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, improving throughput, and optimizing supply chain operations through effective implementation and product adoption – Enhance throughput visibility and decision-making resources for clinical and operational leaders – Work with ITG to define and develop new functionalities that meet operational demands – Standardize data management processes to improve accuracy, consistency, visibility, and reporting
